Overview

The result was a constant stream of scheduling errors, double bookings, and missed appointments. Front desk staff spent hours each day on the phone managing cancellations and rescheduling, while patients had no way to book or manage appointments online.

We built a modern scheduling platform from the ground up. The system supports real-time availability across all providers and locations, with intelligent conflict detection and automated waitlist management. Patients can book, reschedule, and cancel through a secure web portal, and the system sends automated SMS and email reminders that have dramatically reduced no-show rates.

On the backend, we engineered a secure integration layer that connects with MedSync's existing electronic health records system. Patient data flows seamlessly between scheduling and clinical records without manual entry. The entire platform was deployed on infrastructure designed for healthcare-grade reliability and security.
