We engineered a platform with a real-time optimization engine at its core. The system ingests live traffic data, vehicle telemetry, and delivery constraints to generate optimal routes on the fly. Dispatchers get a unified dashboard showing fleet position, delivery status, and predicted ETAs — replacing the chaos of manual coordination with a single source of truth.
The driver-facing mobile interface provides turn-by-turn navigation, proof-of-delivery capture, and instant communication with dispatch. The entire system was architected for high-throughput real-time updates and geospatial intelligence at scale.
